We do communicate every day; both formally (in relations with our profession) and informally. In any case, we tend to convince others and change other’s opinion. It is not always easy to change other people’s way of thinking with an expectation that, later, they will change their behavior as well. But we can equip ourselves with some communication techniques so that persuading others will work more efficiently and effectively.
