The performance of a company is the result of the synergistic performance of its employees; both individually and as a group. Managers have a very important role to ensure that their subordinates can achieve and develop their potential to the fullest. One of them is through coaching session.


Today's competition requires quality employees who are independent and highly dedicated so it is important for leader to master the coaching technique. In our course will apply a practical method called GROW; which begins with the process of providing feedback so that team members who will be coached understand the problems they are facing.

This online course will cover

  1. Essence of Coaching

  2. GROW Coaching & Feedback (SBI Model)

  3. Know Yourself & Others in Coaching Session

  4. Active Listening in Coaching

  5. Persuasive Communication (VAK)

  6. Role Play as a Coach

The course will be conducted with 3 approaches: a) Practical – written ready-to-use guidance and exercises will be provided, b) Inspiring – it will open participant’s mind on how to implement it on their daily routine, and c) Enjoyable – there will be fun activities to make participants feel relax and full of enthusiasm along the course.

Who can benefit

Employee with supervisor level or above from various working units (such as: Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, HRD, etc.) who requires the skill.

Individual : Rp 600.000,-/pax
