Jack is an active HR consultant and trainer. He has magister on management and business law. He is a certified professional coach and has involved in many training, consulting and coaching activities in big corporations. He has 20 years of working experience in the field of human resources development in various multinational companies; such us: Mercedez Benz, Alstrom, Samsung, DuPont and FMC.
His clients vary widely; from government institutions, state-owned enterprises (such as: Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Telkom, PGN Solution, Indonesia Power, etc), and private-owned enterprises (such as: Astra Oto Part, Nike, Samsung Electronics, Akzo Nobel, LG Electronics, Panasonic, Bosowa Group, Honda Astra Motor, Auto 2000, Pfizer, Frisian Flag Indonesia, Mitsubishi Automotive and many more).
Currently, he is the CEO of Human Capital International and has certification as Assessors from BNSP and as Executive Coach from ICF.
