Design Thinking is a human-centered problem-solving approach. Its primary goal is to find innovative solutions by deeply understanding user needs, testing ideas, and refining them until the solution is truly effective.

It is essential today to understand the concept of design thinking as the business transformation process; from culture and work behavior to technology, presents a lot of opportunities that companies should seize as effectively as possible to play different roles to cope with the changing world. So, mastering design thinking by company's staff will ensure the company's survival and growth.

This course will guide participants through innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Participants will practice to become more creative by using creative thinking tools and generating creative ideas based on client needs. Participants will learn 3 basic principles of Design Thinking: Empathize – understanding client needs; Expansive Thinking – exploring creative ideas based on client needs; and Experimentation – creating prototypes and testing them before using them as the basis for the innovation process.
