This 1-day course will cover

        • Identifying People’s Character

        • Steps in Negotiation (RAPDAC: Rapport – Analysis – Debate – Propose – Agreement – Close) 

        • Requirements & Technique in Giving Concession

  3. Lobbying Strategy 

        • Characteristics of Effective Lobbying

        • Basic Principles of Lobbying

        • Effective Lobbying Technique

  4. Role play

The course will be conducted with 3 approaches: a) Practical – written ready-to-use guidance and exercises will be provided, b) Inspiring – it will open participant’s mind on how to implement it on their daily routine, and c) Enjoyable – there will be fun activities to make participants feel relax and full of enthusiasm along the course.
